Orders

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us at support@jayemlaserdesigns.com within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation will not be accepted once your order has been cut and processed.

 

CAN I ADD TO MY ORDER?
We can combine multiple orders placed within 24 hours. We cannot add on to orders that have already been processed. Please contact us at support@jayemlaserdesigns.com for more information.

 

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM / MY ORDER IS MISSING ITEMS, WHAT DO I DO?

I RECEIVED BROKEN PIECES, WHAT DO I DO?

Wood is not indestructible and, in rare cases, might break in transit. Please contact us at support@chibijayshop.com with pictures of the broken pieces within 48 hours after delivery and we will send out new pieces at no charge.

 

Shipping

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays).


HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPPED?
A shipment notification along with tracking information will be sent to the email provided during checkout. Be sure to check your spam folder if you are not receiving these emails.

 

HOW DO I EDIT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
Please contact us at support@jayemlaserdesigns.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may be able to redirect your package to the correct address. USPS does charge a fee for redirecting packages.

 

MY ORDER IS TAKING LONGER THAN USUAL TO ARRIVE. WHAT DO I DO?

Shipping delays can be caused by a number of reasons such as poor weather. If tracking has not moved in over 7 days, please contact us at support@jayemlaserdesigns.com and we will do what we can to help.

 

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it in its original condition within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Since everything is cut to order, all returns and exchanges are subject to a 10% restock fee. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment minus shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?

Returns will be processed and issued within 1-2 business days after we have received the return and have verified that the items are in their original condition.

SPECIAL ORDERS

CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM DESIGN?

We only accept custom drawn designs for large bulk orders (50 pieces per design for dangling earrings, 100 pieces per design for studs). A non-refundable deposit may be required before drawing. The amount of the deposit will depend on the difficulty of the design. The amount of the deposit will be deducted from the order once it is placed. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL. Returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued for custom orders.

 

CAN YOU ADD/REMOVE HOLES?

Yes. Simply leave a note about adding/removing holes during checkout or contact us at support@jayemlaserdesigns.com.
